ZHAO Wanping: Precise and Comprehensive Proposals Are More Likely to Be Recognized | CBCGDF Proposals for 2024 “Two Sessions”

The China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) "Two Sessions"(the National People's Congress and the Chinese Political Consultative Conference, NPC & CPPCC) Recommendations Working Group held the "2024 'Two Sessions' Recommendations Meeting" on February 1, 2024. 

Mr. ZHAO Wanping, a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress and vice president of the Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, congratulated on the successful convening of this meeting, and expressed his appreciation for the three submitted proposals:Building a Pilot Experimental Area for Rapid Improvement of Farmland Soil Carbon Sink Function, "Accelerating the Construction of Efficient and Water-saving Agriculture in Arid and Semi-arid Areas" and "Establishing an Effective Mechanism to Protect Consumers' Right to Know about prepared Foods".

Mr. Zhao provided guidance on some suggestions from the perspective of forming motions, saying that while concise the content, attention should be paid to describing the current situation and elucidating the suggestions to solve the current problems to be more convincing. At the same time, he welcomed suggestions from all walks of life with long-term vision, which can have overall reference significance for China's construction and development.
