CBCGDF Recruiting Volunteer Lawyers for Eco-environment Construction and Protection | CBCGDF Legal Working Committee

In order to support the national environmental rule of law, safeguard public environmental rights and social public interests, the Legal Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) is now recruiting volunteer lawyers nationwide for Eco-environment Construction and Protection. 

 


Volunteer Lawyers will focus on following work:

 

1. To provide legal assistance to the public affected by pollution and ecological damage, including but not limited to consulting, mediating and handling cases, and representing parties to court;

 

2. To put forward important opinions and suggestions on the construction of national ecological environment legal system based on the practice of environmental rule of law,;

 

3. To conduct environmental legal research and training ,etc.

 

Recruitment Requirements：

 

1. Enthusiasm about ecological and environmental protection and volunteer to safeguard public environmental rights and social public interests.

 

2. Legal registration within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with a lawyer's practice certificate, and engagement in the legal profession for at least three years.

 

3. Rich experience in environmental litigation, and experience os at least 3 environmental infringement cases or environmental public interest litigation cases.

 

4. Consent from the law firm where you work.
