Interim Regulation on the Administration of the Flight of Unmanned Aircraft Reminds That Unmanned Aircrafts Are Not Allowed to Be Taken off Casually

To regulate unmanned aircraft flights and related activities, promote the healthy and orderly development of the unmanned aircraft industry, and maintain aviation safety, public safety, and national security. The Interim Regulation on the Administration of the Flight of Unmanned Aircraft will be officially implemented on January 1, 2024.

According to relevant regulations,  unmanned aircraft are classified into micro, light, small, medium and large based on performance indicators such as empty weight, take-off weight, flight altitude and speed. Most of the unmanned aircrafts we commonly use are micro-unmanned aircraft. In daily life, whether traveling or monitoring wildlife, the use of micro-unmanned aircraft is very common. After the relevant regulations are promulgated and implemented, those who have unmanned aircrafts must pay attention to the following points:

1. Real-name registration is required

2. Flying in controlled airspace requires approval

3. For special circumstances such as relay flights, you must apply in advance

4. Pay attention to safety
