Eight Red-crowned Cranes were Observed in the Dongsheng Wetland in Heilongjiang Province in the autumn of 2023

 China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) OceanWetlands has learned that the birds in the wetlands are basically normal this fall. Six red-crowned cranes breed here, but only two sub-adults have been seen. Compared with the previous year, the number of geese increased, the number of ducks decreased, and teh number of other wading birds were about the same.
