CBCGDF BCON Working Group Conducted Bird Love Education for College Students in Chizhou City, Anhui Province

 On December 17, CBCGDF Conservation Area for Tundra Swan in Moon Lake and State Grid Anhui Electric Power Company Chizhou Power Supply Company organized more than 30 young volunteers from colleges and universities to carry out professional knowledge and skills training on bird protection in Chizhou City in the autumn and winter of 2023.


 

This training focused on knowledge such as "Wildlife Habitats and Species Protection", "Overview of the Overwintering Habitats of Migratory Birds in Chizhou", "Common Knowledge on Identification of Migratory Bird Species in Chizhou", "Science Popularization on Migratory Bird Migration", and "Business Ability Training for Wildlife Conservation Volunteers".

 

This is the first time that Chizhou City mobilizes and organizes college student volunteers to participate in professional bird protection skills training. The activity can not only enhance their awareness of bird protection, but also allow them to master some skills in field patrol and science popularization.
