Mr. Lin Dapeng, an expert from China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), gave a keynote speech on "China's Energy and Biodiversity Policies" at the event themed on “Harmonious Coexistence with Nature: Smart Grid Systems” during the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28).

These pressures are particularly dangerous for marine mammals like cetaceans, whose survival hinges on healthy habitats and stable populations.
