On the night of October 17, 2023, Dr. ZHOU Jinfeng, Secretary-General of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), went to Liuba County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province to conduct a three-day biodiversity investigation.
