Prof. Fred Dubee, International Advisor to CBCGDF, was appointed as one of the Chief Experts of the Expert Consulting Team on BASE

Recently, Professor Fred Dubee, an international consultant recommended by the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), was appointed as one of the Chief Experts of the Biology and Science Ethics (BASE) Consulting Expert Team for a period of three years.

Prof. Fred Dubee is an international expert and advisor to CBCGDF, a member of the Rome Club, co-founder of the China Committee of the Rome Club, an academician of the World Academy of Arts and Sciences, and a member of the BGI Advisory Committee/Think Tank. He is also a long-term colleague and close friend of Kofi Annan (former United Nations Secretary General) and Maurice Strong (who served as Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations eight times).
