Dr. Jinfeng Zhou's Biodiversity Research in Liuba, Shaanxi Province Featured on Local TV

On October 23, 2023, Liuba TV reported on the biodiversity research conducted by Dr. Jinfeng Zhou, Secretary-General of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF).

Liuba County, located in the heart of the southern foothills of the Qinling Mountains in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province, has a rich history and is often referred to as the "throat of Qin and Han" due to its historical significance as a north-south thoroughfare. The region boasts abundant biodiversity with a forest coverage rate of 91.23%.

Research and investigation serve as the foundation for effective decision-making advisory work. Dr. Jinfeng Zhou's three-day research expedition in Liuba aimed to understand the local ecological situation through first-hand field research, pinpoint challenges, and propose actionable solutions. This research will contribute to informed scientific decision-making that aligns with the principles of local ecological civilization and green development.
