CBCGDF Deputy Secretary-General Attends the 1st International Conference on Realizing the Value of Ecosystem Goods and Services in Beijing

On October 23-24, 2023, the 1st International Conference on Realizing the Value of Ecosystem Goods and Services jointly organized by the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the People's Government of Yanqing District of Beijing, and the Chinese Ecological Society, and supported by the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation(CBCGDF), was held in Yanqing District, Beijing. The theme of this meeting is "Mainstreaming Ecosystem Valuation for a Greener Future", which aims to promote the awareness of ecological protection, and in-depth exchange of domestic and foreign advanced ecological environment protection and green development cases.

Mr. Ma Yong, CBCGDF Deputy Secretary-General participated and gave a keynote speech entitled “The Realizing of the Value of Ecosystem Products and Services Should Achieve a Synergistic Effect with the Implementation of the ‘Double Carbon’ Strategy”, at the conference on the afternoon of the 23rd November, 2023.
