Taking HbS as an Example, How to Trace the Origin of Biodiversity Science with Vivid Stories? | ZHOU Talks about Ecological Civilization

 Recently, the Propaganda Department of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) organized an editorial board meeting for writing books in the field of biodiversity, and Dr. Zhou Jinfeng gave guidance.

 

"The general idea of writing books on biodiversity still insists on not only covering the macroscopic and comprehensive content of biodiversity but also combining specific work practices. The elaboration of a scientific issue is reflected through personal practice and real stories. , can help enhance the fun of reading, and is also a combination of theory and practice.

On the whole, biodiversity research books should not only include the macroscopic and basic theoretical research results and discourses on biodiversity that readers want to find in the book, but also be able to grasp and understand the innovative practical research in the field of biodiversity.

 

We should use vivid stories to elicit innovative ideas and theories in biodiversity research, and to understand everything about biodiversity step by step.

 

Taking HbS-Human based Solutions as an example, the solution of HbS-Human based Solutions should include three levels: the change of personal behavior and consumption habits promotes the change of enterprises; the change of people's consumption concept stimulates and promotes enterprises to make industrial structural adjustments ; people's voices and actions drive corresponding changes at the government and global levels, which in turn drive biodiversity transformation. In the compilation of books, we can focus on the importance of public protection, especially individual participation in biodiversity conservation.
