Judging from the existing materials, this book Biodiversity in China was once distributed at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in 1992. CBCGDFG staff interviewed relevant experts. At that time, this booklet was very popular at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in 1992, and it was quickly sold out.

Thanks to Wang Siyu who is working at Institute of Botany, the Chinese Academy of Sciences  for donating valuable historical materials! Thanks the director and expert team of the Biodiversity Committee, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Science Publishing House for their early work in promoting the mainstreaming of biodiversity.
