To Support High-quality Energy Development, CBCGDF Submitted 18 Suggestions for the Energy Law of the People's Republic of China (draft for comments)

On April 24, 2024, the Energy Law of the People's Republic of China (draft for comments) was reviewed in the Ninth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress. On April 26, the full text of the Energy Law of the People's Republic of China (draft for comments) was published to publicly solicit opinions and suggestions from the society.

 


 

The Legal Working Committee of CBCGDF attaches great importance to the draft of the Energy Law and submitted 18 suggestions after careful study.
