Dr. Zhou Jinfeng to Deliver Keynote Speech at HKUST Carbon Neutral Sustainability Forum

 Recently, Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, the General Secretary of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) will be the keynote speaker at the Carbon Neutral Sustainable Development Forum on June 22, organized by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Beijing Alumni Association. The forum aims to enhance the understanding of carbon neutrality.

In response to the national dual-carbon strategy, CBCGDF has recently set up a project on “Carbon Neutral Implementation and Evaluation Guidelines for Conference and Exhibition Events” to promote low-carbon lifestyles.

The 2024 World Water Forum (10th WWF) under the theme of "Water for Shared Prosperity" officially opened on Indonesia's island of Bali on Monday. This year ’ s theme emphasizes the need to work together to promote efficient and integrated water resources management to common prosperity. The 10th WWF ’ s six subthemes are: Water Security and Prosperity; Water for Humans and Nature; Disaster Risk Reduction and Management; Governance, Cooperation and Hydro-diplomacy; Sustainable Water Finance; and Knowledge and Innovation.
