Applications for the 2024 Young Professionals Programme Exams Open | CBCGDF Observation

The UN Young Professionals Programme (YPP) is a recruitment initiative for talented, highly qualified professionals to start a career as an international civil servant with the UN Secretariat. It consists of an entrance examination process and professional development once those who are successful start their career with the UN.

The YPP examination is held once a year in different subject areas, depending on the needs of the UN. YPP is open to nationals of participating countries. The list of participating countries varies from year to year. The application period typically opens in June each year.

China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation Women and Youth Community of CBCGDF (CBCGDF-WAYC) is a working group dedicated to promoting women and youth participation in biodiversity conservation and sustainable development. Through various projects and activities, including training, education, advocacy and community participation, the Working Group provides opportunities for women and youth to participate in environmental protection and green development, career development, with the aim of promoting gender equality, promoting the overall sustainable development of society, and injecting new vitality and momentum into the cause of biodiversity conservation.
