Eco-Civilization Site of CBCGDF Helps Village Green Development and Ecological Revitalization

 "Eco-civilizationSite" (Eco-Site) is guided by the idea of ecological civilization, oriented towards the development of resource-saving and environmentally friendly industries, promoting recycling and utilization, and providing support to individuals, teams or institutions that assist in the construction of ecological civilization. Eco-Site encourages and mobilizes volunteer teams, schools, enterprises, social organizations and communities to actively participate in the ecological civilization construction practice system, and welcomes broad participation from all walks of life.

 


In order to promote village ecological revitalization and sustainable economic development, Shichengzi Village, Xiaoyingzi Town, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province hopes to join the Eco-Civilization Site system, advocate green production, green travel, and green development for villagers, and do “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets” beautiful village builder. In August 2023, Shichengzi Village officially became the 129th Eco-Civilization Site of CBCGDF after reviewed by the expert team of the Eco-Civilization Site Working Group.

 


After joining the Eco-Civilization Site system, Shichengzi Village of Xiaoyingzi Town will continue to engage in ecological agricultural production, protect the dense forests, protect the simple local customs, protect the fruitful fruit trees, and protect the arable land that produces high-quality grain. Li Lili, director of the Shichengzi Village Committee, said that the establishment of the Eco-Civilization Site will provide strong support for the further ecological revitalization of Shichengzi Village.
