CBCGDF Launched a Publicity Campaign on Black Bear Protection

On September 8, 2023, the Black Bear Protection Team of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) held a science popularization activity for black bear protection near Tieli Railway Station, Heilongjiang Province.

CBCGDF has long been committed to biodiversity conservation and green development. The activity aims to raise public awareness of black bear protection, promote social attention to the ecological environment and biodiversity protection, promote the implementation of relevant protection policies, and encourage more people to actively participate in the cause of black bear protection.

Due to the continuous expansion of human activities, the black bear population and habitat are under serious threat. Clashes between humans and animals have occurred.

In this publicity activity at Tieli Railway Station, the staff introduced the species characteristics, living habits and the importance of protection to the public. And he called on the public to reduce the damage to the natural environment, minimize the disturbance to the survival of black bears, and encourage the public to actively participate in the protection of black bears.
