CBCGDF's Rural Revitalization Committee Officially Inaugurated in Haikou

In an endeavor to comprehensively advance rural revitalization, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and effectively implement the Party Central Committee's policies benefiting and supporting farmers, on September 26th, the Rural Revitalization Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) has been be officially inaugurated in Haikou, Hainan Province. Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, Secretary-General of CBCGDF, attended the event and delivered remarks.

Hainan Province, located in southern China, is renowned for its distinctive natural ecological environment. In recent years, the province has embarked on a rural revitalization initiative, seeking to harmonize sustainable development with its abundant ecological resources. This endeavor aims to uplift rural areas, boost agricultural modernization, and ensure the preservation of Hainan's rich biodiversity.

Following the inauguration of the Rural Revitalization Committee, CBCGDF will engage in a series of close collaborations with relevant stakeholders in Hainan Province. The committee will steadfastly adhere to the "Five Revitalizations" framework, encompassing industry, talent, culture, ecology, and organization. This will entail driving the transformation of rural economic structures, establishing a robust system for urban-rural integration and development, accelerating the modernization of Hainan's rural governance system and capacity, and advancing the practice of China's unique modernization within its Free Trade Port. Simultaneously, the committee will promote theoretical research on rural revitalization in Hainan and explore cooperative models. Practical efforts will be centered around on-site investigations related to rural project implementation, industry alignment, green development, and rural employment, among other relevant areas.
