CBCGDF Representatives Attend 2023 World Conference on Science Literacy

On September 19th and 20th, 2023, the 5th World Conference on Science Literacy was successfully held in Beijing, with the theme of "Improving Science Literacy and Building a Prosperous World - Join Hands on the Path Towards Modernization". The purpose of this conference is to promote the improvement of public scientific literacy, explore innovative paths for science education and popular science dissemination, and the importance of cultivating young people's interest in science.

On November 18, 2020, the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) hosted the theme forum at the 2023 World Conference on Science Literacy. After three years, representatives of CBCGDF participated in the 2023 World Conference on Science Literacy.

This meeting includes five modules: opening ceremony, keynote speech, summit, theme forum, and closing ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, representatives from UNESCO, the International Council for Science, the World Federation of Engineering Organizations, the United Nations Children's Fund, the UN Women, and other international organizations also delivered speeches after the opening speech.
