Welcome to Make Suggestions on the "Technical Guidelines for the Implementation and Evaluation of National Pollutant Emission Standards" | CBCGDF Legal Working Committee

The production and processing of products will produce some subsidiary pollutants, which are also the source of environmental pollution. In order to avoid the threat of excessive pollutant emissions to humans and the ecological environment, China has issued a number of national standards to limit the concentration or total amount of pollutants discharged into the environment to achieve the goal of ecological and environmental protection.

The "Guidelines for the Implementation and Evaluation of National Pollutant Emission Standards (Trial)" was issued in 2016. With the continuous deepening of environmental protection work, the technical content of national pollutant emission standards has become richer and more complete. In order to further refine the technical requirements for the implementation and evaluation of national pollutant emission standards and adapt to the latest environmental management needs, the "Technical Guidelines for the Implementation and Evaluation of National Pollutant Emission Standards (Draft for Comments)" was released on November 6, 2024 and is publicly soliciting opinions from the society.

Environmental protection is one of the most important work themes of the Legal Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF). The CBCGDF Legal Working Committee attaches great importance to this solicitation of opinions and welcome experts in relevant fields to make suggestions!
