"Science and Technology Popularization Law (Draft Amendment)" Announced | 9 Suggestions of CBCGDF Adopted

Science and technology popularization is an important basic work for achieving innovative development. In May 2023, the Legal Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) attached great importance to the "Science and Technology Popularization Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Amendment)" (Revised Draft 2023 Edition) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and submitted 32 suggestions after careful study.

 


On November 8, 2024, the National People's Congress website announced the "Science and Technology Popularization Law (Draft Amendment)" (Revised Draft 2024 Edition) and 9 suggestions out of 32 submitted by the CBCGDF Legal Working Committee were adopted.
