A Member of the CBCGDF INC-5 Delegation Interviewed the Head of Sustainable Development Business of "Carbon Disclosure Project"

From November 25 to December 1, 2024, the fifth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for a Legally Binding International Instrument on Plastic Pollution, including Plastic Pollution in the Marine Environment" (INC-5) was held in Busan, South Korea. As an observer to the INC-5, in order to actively participate in the global plastic pollution governance, the International Department of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) has sent the CBCGDF INC-5  delegation of 5 people to attend the meeting in Busan, South Korea.

Two days ago,, Mr. ZHANG Xiaowei, a member of the CBCGDF INC-5 delegation, interviewed the head of sustainable development business of Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) who came to attend the meeting at the conference site.

Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is a globally operated environmental information disclosure platform dedicated to promoting the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and protecting water and forest resources. The platform was formerly known as the Carbon Disclosure Project, and is also a founding member of the Science Based Targets initiative and the We Mean Business Coalition. It has offices in cities including Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Berlin, Paris, São Paulo, Stockholm and Tokyo.
