In order to further promote the construction of a unified green product certification and logo system, standardize green product certification activities and the use of green product logos, and help achieve the dual carbon goals, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized the revision of the "Green Product Logo Use Management Measures" and published the "Green Product Certification and Logo Management Measures (Draft for Comments)". Comments are being solicited from public.

The Legal Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) attaches great importance to it. After careful study, it has put forward 17 suggestions on articles relating to relevant definitions, management mechanisms, information platforms, classification management, product catalogs and certification implementation rules, certification establishment principles, certification body requirements, testing agency requirements, certification parties' responsibilities, technical committees, certification decisions, and post-certification supervision.
