Protection Never Stops, CBCGDF Volunteers Held a Black Bear Protection Science Popularization Activity in Yabuli Town, Shangzhi City | CBCGDF CCAFa

Recently, volunteers from the Black Bear Conservation Area in Wuchang Phoenix Mountain of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) came to Yabuli Town, Shangzhi City and held a Science Popularization Activity on black bear protection, which attracted many local residents. The event aims to enhance the public's awareness of black bear protection and promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.



At the event site, volunteers not only distributed illustrated black bear protection brochures which are rich in content, including an introduction to the living habits and habitats of black bears, as well as popular science on the importance of black bear protection and laws and regulations, allowing the public to understand and protect black bears in a relaxed and enjoyable reading. Volunteers also presented environmentally friendly cloth bags to participants, encouraging everyone to reduce the use of disposable plastic bags and support ecological protection with practical actions.

The successful holding of this activity not only enhanced the ecological protection awareness of local residents, but also injected new vitality into the cause of black bear protection.

The 2024 World Water Forum (10th WWF) under the theme of "Water for Shared Prosperity" officially opened on Indonesia's island of Bali on Monday.
