CBCGDF Volunteers Found that the Roads in Beilin District, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province Were Full of Garbage

On July 22, volunteers from the CBCGDF Suihua Wetland Conservation Area patrolled the Economic Development Zone, Gongnong Hutong, Langjiazhai, Lanyuan Community, and Hecheng Future Community in Suihua City, and found that the roads were full of construction waste, domestic waste, livestock excrement, and other types of garbage. The accumulation of these garbage not only affects the appearance of the city, but also easily breeds bacteria and harms people's health.

The volunteers of CBCGDF immediately contacted the local urban construction service hotline 12319 and reported the situation to other relevant departments. After receiving the report, the local relevant departments cleaned up the Economic Development Zone, Gongnong Hutong, Langjiazhai and other places mentioned by the volunteers.

The volunteers hope that local government departments can clarify responsibilities and facilitate public supervision and reporting. At the same time, they should strengthen supervision and management and increase penalties to put an end to the phenomenon of random dumping of garbage and protect the living environment of citizens.
