Focusing on the Expansion of the Carbon Emission Rights Trading Market, CBCGDF Legal Working Committee and the Zhixing Law Research Center jointly Submit Suggestions

Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the "National Carbon Emission Rights Trading Market Expansion to Cover the Cement, Steel, and Aluminum Industries Work Plan (Draft for Comments)" to solicit public opinions. The Legal Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) and the Beijing Zhixing Law Research Center attached great importance to this and jointly organized a discussion meeting, inviting 10 experts and scholars from relevant fields for discussion. A total of 7 general suggestions and 11 specific suggestions were submitted in response to the "Work Plan".

 


CBCGDF Legal Committee and the Zhixing Law Research Center will continue to follow up on the revision process of the "Work Plan" and actively provide support and assistance
