ZHOU Jinfeng Met with the Vice President of the World Academy of Art and Science to Discuss Future Cooperation

On September 27, 2024, Dr. ZHOU Jinfeng, Secretary-General of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) and Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science (WAAS), met with Prof. Nebojsa Neskovic, Vice President of WAAS and member of the Steering Committee of the Earth-Humanity Coalition (EHC) , to discuss future cooperation between the two sides in carrying out scientific missions for sustainable development.

Dr. ZHOU Jinfeng introduced the CBCGDF’s China Biodiversity and Green Museum and some international cooperation of CBCDGF in promoting ecological protection. 


Prof. Nebojsa Neskovic presented the International Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Development 2024-2033 (IDSSD) announced by the UN General Assembly, as well as the Earth-Humanity Coalition and the EHC-WAAS Science for Sustainable Development, which were established in April 2024 under the goals of IDSSD.

Finally, the two sides exchanged views on future cooperation on EHC projects.

The 2024 World Water Forum Opens in Indonesia's Bali

The 2024 World Water Forum (10th WWF) under the theme of "Water for Shared Prosperity" officially opened on Indonesia's island of Bali on Monday. This year ’ s theme emphasizes the need to work together to promote efficient and integrated water resources management to common prosperity.
