CBCGDF Volunteers Conduct Scientific Publicity on Black Bear Protection

Recently, volunteers from the Black Bear Conservation Area and Riyuexia of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) held a unique black bear protection science popularization activity at the Tieli City Fair. The activity aims to increase public awareness and attention to black bear protection through more extensive publicity.

At the event, volunteers from the Riyuexia Nature Reserve enthusiastically distributed black bear protection brochures to passers-by and patiently explained the black bears' living habits, living environment, and current threats. They hope that this way will allow more people to understand this rare species of black bears and participate in the protection of black bears.

Black bears have important ecological value. They not only play a key role in maintaining ecological balance and promoting biodiversity, but also have cultural value and scientific research value. A volunteer explained at the scene, "I hope that everyone can pay more attention to black bears through this event. Let us work together to create a safe and harmonious home for them."

Passers-by stopped to listen carefully to the volunteers' explanations and received brochures and cloth bags. They said that such a popular science activity is very meaningful. It not only gave them a deeper understanding of black bears, but also inspired their enthusiasm for protecting black bears and other wild animals.

"I didn't know much about black bears before, but through this activity, I have a deeper understanding of protecting black bears." A pedestrian said, "I feel that popular science publicity on black bear protection is necessary. In recent years, the environment has improved and there are more black bears. What to do if you encounter a black bear? This brochure clearly states. I will take this brochure home and let my family and friends learn about black bears and participate in the protection of black bears."

This black bear protection popular science activity was a complete success. It not only raised the public's awareness of black bear protection, but also implemented the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. In the future, Riyuexia Nature Reserve will continue to carry out similar popular science activities to allow more people to join the ranks of protecting black bears and other wild animals and protect these hard-won green mountains and clear waters.
