CBCGDF Enters Communities and Parks to Popularize Biodiversity in Tongbai Mountain, Henan Province

On August 15, 2024, the second National Ecological Day, the Tongbai Mountain Water and Forest Protection Project Team of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) jointly carried out popular science publicity on ecological environment protection in Huaidu Park, Xiyang Community, Huaibei Kindergarten and other places in Tongbai County.

The project team set up the 2 publicity boards early in the morning, and placed more than 500 biodiversity publicity leaflets on the publicity table, enthusiastically distributing publicity materials to citizens, popularizing knowledge about biodiversity, and the protection of animals and plants in the source of the Huaihe River and Tongbai Mountain. These citizens not only gained knowledge about biodiversity protection, but also improved their environmental awareness and actively participated in the protection of biodiversity around them.
