The “Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permitting” Adopt 12 Recommendations Put forward by the Legal Working Committee of CBCGDF

 In order to continue to deepen the reform of the pollutant discharge permit system, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized the revision of the "Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permitting (Trial)" and published the "Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permitting" (revised draft for comments) in March 2023.

 

Pollutant discharge management is the basis and one of the most important tasks of environmental protection. The establishment of regulations is more effective for corporate pollution management. The Legal Working Committee of CBCGDF attaches great importance to this opinion collection work and put forward 17 modification suggestions after discussion.

 

Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment revised and released the "Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permitting". After comparison with the latest published "Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permitting", 12 of the 17 recommendations submitted by the Legal Working Committee of CBCGDF were adopted.
