How to Identify "Plant-Based Cosmetics"? CBCGDF Group Standard Draft Publicly Solicits Opinions

 The group standard draft of the "Standard for Botanical Cosmetics," prepared by the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), has been completed and is open for public comment. 

The standard aims to promote the cosmetic industry's development in a more environmentally friendly, sustainable, and ethical way. It encourages the use of environmentally friendly ingredients and production methods, aiming to enhance product transparency and credibility.

As people's concerns for green, environmentally friendly, safe, and effective cosmetics continue to grow, the market for plant-based cosmetics is gradually emerging. Additionally, the gradual liberalization of policies in the Chinese market has brought new development opportunities for domestic and foreign cosmetic brands.
