Mr. WANG Wenyong, the General Legal Advisor of CBCGDF, shared the current practice status and issues related to public interest litigation for the protection of immovable cultural relics, raised legal issues such as vague concepts and opaque information disclosure in reality, and called for addressing these challenges together.

The seminar was jointly organized by CBCGDF and multiple other units and attracted more than 50 experts, scholars, judges, prosecutors, lawyers and other professionals to participate. The staff of the Supreme People's Procuratorate also participated in the discussion throughout.
