CBCGDF Prepares to Apply to Participate in COP16 Green Zone Activities

China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development FoundationCBCGDFwill prepare to apply for COP16 Green Zone Activities.

The Green Zone is conceived as the space dedicated to the development of awareness campaigns, educational activities, community dialogues, cultural exhibitions and other civic activities that enhance the agenda planned in the formal spaces of the Blue Zone. The Green Zone will be the epicenter of ecological ethics and climate and will materialize the valuable promise of turning COP16 into the People's COP.

This space will be an area open to the general public that brings together all accredited delegates and other interested actors to learn, discuss and exchange proposals on the global challenge of stopping the loss of biodiversity.

Spatially, the Green Zone will be a thematic circuit so that those who visit can take a tour through experiences that allow any person to understand the 5 pillars of the COP16 in Cali, and actions we propose for the protection of global biodiversity.

These experiences will allow sponsors allies to be grouped by themes, while offering the more than 150 thousand visitors an immersive tour of the actions derived from the Framework Convention for Biodiversity and Colombia's vision at COP16.
