International Department of CBCGDF Submitted 4 Suggestions for the "Shanghai Green Project Database Management Trial Measures"

The Shanghai Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau recently issued an announcement to solicit public opinions on the "Shanghai Green Project Database Management Trial Measures" (Draft for Comments). The International Department of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) actively responded to the call, organized careful research, and put forward four suggestions.

Suggestion 1: The "Shanghai Green Project Database Management Trial Measures" (draft for comments) lacks content related to the management of plastic pollution, and it is recommended to add it.

Suggestion 2: In the "Shanghai Green Project Database Management Trial Measures" (Draft for Comments), "reproduction and release" is included, and it is recommended to be cautious about this.

Suggestion three: It is recommended to change "4.3 Natural Ecosystem Protection and Restoration" to "4.3 Natural Ecosystem Protection, Restoration and Restoration", that is, add the description of "restoration" related content in the title of the catalog.

Suggestion 4: In the draft for comments, the part about public announcement for entry into the database mentions that "the public announcement period is five working days. If there is no objection after the public announcement period, it will be included in the project database, and a green project entry certificate will be generated at the same time." It is recommended to be revised to 30 days.
