Zhou Jinfeng Invited to Deliver a Special Report at a Meeting of Exchange Themed on Ecological Civilization

 A meeting of exchange themed on “Ecological Civilization: Eastern and Western Civilizations Reach the Same Destination via Different Routes”, jointly organized by Institute of Eco-Chongming and School of Ecological and Environmental Sciences of East China Normal University, will be held at 13:00 on July 24, 2023. Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, Secretary General of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), has been invited to attend the meeting and deliver a special report.

In the theoretical research and practice of ecological civilization, Dr. Zhou innovatively put forward sustainable development concepts such as “people-oriented solutions”, “three truths” of environmental governance, “four principles” of ecological restoration and Biodiversity Conservation in our Neighborhoods (BCON), as well as practical systems including CCAfas, Eco-sites and Low-Carbon Workshops. These innovative concepts and practices have been acknowledged, valued and praised by the international community.
