CBCGDF Invited to Attend Madagascar Independence Day Celebration Hosted by Madagascar Embassy in Beijing

  

In mid-June 2023, the International Department of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) has received an invitation from the Embassy of Madagascar in China. The invitation extends to the foundation's participation in the upcoming Madagascar Independence Day celebration, scheduled to take place on Monday, June 26 2023.

 

The prestigious event will be held at the Embassy of Madagascar in China, starting at 11:30 am. It serves as a momentous occasion to commemorate the independence and sovereignty of Madagascar, a country known for its unique biodiversity and rich cultural heritage. As a leading organization dedicated to biodiversity conservation and green development, CBCGDF gladly accepts this invitation to engage in international collaborations and foster closer ties with Madagascar.

 

The participation of CBCGDF in the celebration highlights the shared commitment towards environmental conservation and sustainable development between China and Madagascar. Previously, back on July 15, 2021, Secretary-General Zhou Jinfeng and a delegation from the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) were invited to the Embassy of Madagascar in China. They had a meeting with His Excellency Robinson Jean Louis, the Ambassador of Madagascar to China, where they discussed cooperation between the two sides in areas such as biodiversity conservation and climate change mitigation.



This upcoming auspicious event provides an opportunity for CBCGDF representatives to engage with dignitaries, diplomats, and distinguished guests from both China and Madagascar. It also serves as a platform to exchange knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the field of biodiversity conservation. CBCGDF will showcase its efforts in promoting green initiatives, environmental education, and community engagement, aiming to inspire and strengthen international cooperation in safeguarding our planet's precious natural heritage.
