CBCGDF Submitted 16 Suggestions on the "Technical Guidelines for the Implementation and Evaluation of National Pollutant Emission Standards (Draft for Comments)"

In order to scientifically and comprehensively analyze and evaluate the impact of standard implementation on the green development of the industry and the environmental and economic benefits, and further refine the technical requirements for the implementation and evaluation of national pollutant emission standards, on November 6, 2024, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized the preparation of the "Technical Guidelines for the Implementation and Evaluation of National Pollutant Emission Standards (Draft for Comments)" and solicited public opinions.

The Legal Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation(CBCGDF) attaches great importance to this, and after careful study, puts forward 16 suggestions for chapters such as scope of application, literature collection, pollutant emission data collection, standard implementation survey, on-site survey, industry development analysis, pollutant emission compliance assessment, environmental benefit analysis, and social benefit analysis, in order to provide support for the "Technical Guidelines", thereby strengthening national pollutant emission supervision and standardizing pollutant emission implementation.
